URBANiCITY is a collaborative professional practice including Planning, Engineering, Interior Design and Real Estate Development.
Saeed Jhatam is the Principal of URBANiCITY. Saeed established URBANiCITY in 2015.
Saeed’s extensive experience over the past 30 years includes corporate office buildings for Unilever PLC and Ernst & Young in South Africa, residential, mixed use, mid and high-rise buildings for Wall Financial & Rize Alliance in Vancouver and cultural, hospitality and community facilities for the City of Vancouver and The University of British Columbia.
URBANiCITY also collaborates with interior design firms and other registered professionals.
Saeed Jhatam, the Principal of URBANiCITY, graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1988 and practiced Architecture and Urban Design in South Africa as the Managing Principal of URBAN EDGE ARCHITECTS. After immigrating to Canada in 2003 he joined DIALOG as a senior Project Architect before establishing URBANiCITY.
